I declare that the photos are my own work, not generated or altered with AI, and that on request I can provide the original capture file (RAW, or the original unmodified file from the camera/device, with metadata intact). * The photos are submitted on behalf of the club and credited to the club; as president I authorise their submission and hold the necessary rights and releases from the authors. * During the dives a safety buddy and a surface marker buoy / diver-down flag were present. * No marine life was disturbed or harmed and no habitat was altered. * I hold the rights to the images and grant the organisation the usage licence set out in the Official Rules; I declare that I have obtained the consent of any identifiable persons portrayed for the uses set out in the Rules; and no identifiable minors appear in the photos. * I accept the Official Rules. * I accept the Privacy Policy. * I would like to receive updates about the competition (optional). I agree that my photo may be included in the EFPA Charity Calendar (distributed by free donation in support of IRCCS Burlo Garofolo), and I declare that any identifiable persons portrayed have consented to this specific use (optional).
